Thank you for shopping with StudioTrapSounds. Because our products are digital goods that are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Digital Products

StudioTrapSounds sells digital products including sample packs, drum kits, loops, sound libraries, presets, VST plugins, and other downloadable music production products.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Purchasing the wrong product

• Failure to read the product description or system requirements

• Incompatibility with unsupported software, hardware, or operating systems

• Products that have already been downloaded or accessed

Please review all product descriptions, compatibility information, and system requirements before completing your purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

Refunds may be issued if you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once.

If a duplicate purchase occurs, please contact StudioTrapSounds with your order numbers and the email address used during checkout. Once the duplicate transaction is verified, we will refund the duplicate charge.

The original purchase will remain valid and will not be refunded.

Download or Access Issues

If you experience problems downloading, accessing, or receiving your purchased files, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide access to the product you purchased, including supplying a replacement download when necessary.

Technical or download issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if the purchased product can be successfully delivered.

VST Plugins & Software

Before purchasing any VST plugin or software product, please review the listed system requirements and compatibility information.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer purchased software that is incompatible with their DAW, operating system, computer, or other software when the applicable compatibility requirements were provided before purchase.
